Sport Specific Training 

ASA Sports has partnered with CrossFit Prototype out of Westborough, MA to offer a unique Virtual training experience.  This training will take place Monday and Wednesday at 4PM for boys and girls ages 13-18.  Sessions are geared to improve athletic performance through both group activity and a weekly designed program using “Truecoach” app technology.

Basketball is a high intensity game filled with jumping, sprinting, shuffling, quick changes of direction and physicality. To take your game to the next level becoming a better athlete is non-negotiable.  This program is geared to increase: vertical jump, anaerobic capacity, strength, speed, power and agility.

Our program combines tried and true resistance training modalities with exercises designed to improve the physical conditioning and performance of players while building resiliency in their joints and tendons to reduce injury risk
